Privacy: What dentaltechdesk.com Collects and Keeps
dentaltechdesk.com belongs to ClearMax Labs. Three kinds of information pass through it: the business details a visitor types into the form, page-use analytics, and the request logs every web host keeps. None of it is sold, and none of it should be patient information.

Who is responsible
ClearMax Labs, reachable at jalen@clearmaxlabs.com, is the operator and the collector for everything on this page.
The form
Six fields on the contact page: the practice, the writer's name, an email and a phone at work, the practice software, and a description of the problem. A seventh field is invisible to people; bots fill it, and a filled invisible field means the submission is discarded unread.
A submission is sent from this site to a private automation workflow run by ClearMax Labs, which records it in a spreadsheet ClearMax Labs controls and sends ClearMax Labs an alert. The submission is read by the person who will contact you. The page it was sent from, the time, the request's country and any campaign tags in the address bar are recorded with it. Submissions are kept as long as they are needed to respond and keep a record, and are deleted on request.
Patient details do not belong in the form.
Calls
Calls to this number may be recorded or answered by an automated assistant. Please do not share patient information by phone. Call records, including the number called from and the time, are kept by the phone service used by ClearMax Labs for as long as they are needed to return the call and keep a record.
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity may run on these pages to show which pages get read, how far down, and where people click. It sets cookies to tell visits apart and records page interactions, under Microsoft's own privacy statement. The form is flagged so that session recording masks it. Blocking the script with a browser extension, or clearing cookies, changes nothing about how the site works.
The host
Cloudflare Pages serves the site, and Cloudflare keeps the ordinary request logs: requesting IP address, page, time, browser type. They exist to serve the pages and to block abuse, and Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs them.
Selling or sharing
Nothing collected here is sold, rented or traded. It reaches only the services that run the site and carry a message: the host, the automation and spreadsheet services behind the form, the phone service, and the analytics provider above, each working for ClearMax Labs.
If this site's data were breached
New York's breach law requires affected residents to be notified within thirty days of discovering a breach, and the state attorney general, the department of state and the state police to be notified as well. That thirty-day limit was added in December 2024. ClearMax Labs follows it for the business contact details this site holds.
Asking about your data
An email to jalen@clearmaxlabs.com gets you what is held, a correction, or a deletion.
